A luxurious soft cheese made on the family farm in East Lothian, Scotland. The cheese is made using fresh pasteurised Scottish cows’ milk and cream to create a sumptuous, smooth spreadable soft cheese with a rich texture. Our luxury soft cheese is around 20% fat content and is perfect for cheesecakes, cooking or spreading.
