Yester's Cottage Cheese tastes like real cottage cheese should. We have deliberately tried to turn the clock back 50 years, making our cottage cheese in open vats, using traditional techniques to create a truly luxurious tasting product that is high in protein and low in fat at around 6%. The freshness of the milk (piped straight from the parlour to the pasteurisation unit within hours of the cows being milked) means that the curd we produce is more substantial than the curd in any other cottage cheese. We dress the curd with a rich cream dressing to create our finished product.
As well as using our delicious Cottage Cheese as a dip or a topping for delicious salads or baked sweet potatoes, you can also sneak it into cheesy pasta dishes or use as a versatile baking ingredient to make your favourite dessert a little less sinful!
