Two Ingredient Doughnuts

One of the younger members of team Yester surprised us with some seriously tasty doughnuts, recently! We just had to share her recipe with you.

“just get some flour and add yoghurt until it’s gooey”.

Ingredients:

Self-raising Flour [amount not specified]

Yester Natural Yoghurt [amount not specified]

Method:

  • Get a cooking pot and put it on the stove or a cooktop, temperature 170-180.

  • Pour enough oil into the pot to cover the doughnuts. Put the mixture in a piping bag or a small plastic bag and cut a hole.

  • Squeeze a small amount of the mixture out and cut it small with scissors.

  • Leave them in the oil until golden brown.

  • Take them out and cover them in sugar or leave them plain.

  • Enjoy!
